NAI Miami Negotiates 28,000 SF Industrial Lease For CPS Logistics
NAI Miami announced today that Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR negotiated a 64-month, 28,451-square-foot industrial lease on behalf on
their client, CPS Transportation & Logistics.
The building, Beacon Lakes-Building 22, is located at 2200 Northwest 129th Avenue in Miami.
The landlord, Prologis, was represented by Brian Smith and Audley Bosch of Cushman & Wakefield. Smith and Bosch were awarded the leasing for Prologis Beacon Lakes, a master-planned 478-acre development in the Doral area just west of the Dolphin Mall, in May.
