Jeremy Larkin, President of NAI Miami negotiated a 10-year, 6,133 square foot office lease at 1450 Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami on behalf of his client, Costar Group, Inc.
CoStar leased a two-story loft space where they will develop a state of the art presentation and sales facility to bring the leading edge products in the commercial real estate sector to their clients and prospects.
