NAI Miami Brings Co-Working Franchise To Aventura In $6 Million Lease Deal

NAI Miami‘s Jeremy S. Larkin, Joe Gallaher and John Erixon negotiated a 123-month, 11,712 square foot office lease for Pinnacle Centrum Aventura 2015, LLC.
The co-working franchise will open its Aventura location at Aventura Corporate Center, located at 20801-20803 Biscayne Boulevard.
The lease is valued at nearly $6 million.
The tenant is a joint venture between Centrum Partners of Chicago and The Pinnacle Companies of New Jersey. Pinnacle Centrum will be opening the location as a franchisee for Serendipity Labs.
