NAI Merin Hunter Codman Veteran Launches Firm

After long tenures at CB Richard Ellis and NAI Merin Hunter Codman, Orin Rosenfeld is starting his own commercial real estate firm.
Rosenfeld Realty Advisors will be based in Boca Raton.  The company will specialize in the representation of office and retail tenants and landlords.
“After years of working for large firms, I am extremely excited to start my own company.  I believe the timing is right with the market and economy improving.  This strategic move will allow me to provide much more efficient and improved client service than ever before,” said Rosenfeld.
Rosenfeld has over 18 years experience in commercial real estate and has been working in the Florida market for over a decade.  He has achieved Top Producer Palm Beach County designation at CBRE, won numerous CoStar Power Broker awards and was most recently served as Vice Chairman of the national NAI Retail Leadership Board.
