More Miami Warehouses Trade

Matthew Rotolante and William Gross of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer, Industrial Realty Group, in its acquisition of three industrial properties located at 6960 and 6831 NW 36th Ave. and 7007 – 7025 NW 37th Ave. in Miami, from Nunez Group International LLC for $8.75 million.

The three buildings total 336,581 square feet and include 61 dock height doors and rail service by Active Rail. The three buildings sit on approximately 11 acres in the Hialeah Industrial submarket.

The buyer was reportedly looking for premium refrigerated warehouse space in the market where they could take advantage of new trade coming into Miami as a result of the Panama Canal expansion.

Lee Katsikos of The Katsikos Group and Joel Rodriguez of Global Investments Realty, Inc. represented the seller.
