Miramar Centre II Sells

The Miramar Centre II office  building, located at 3501 SW 160th Ave. in Miramar, FL has been purchased by Georgia-based Wells Core
Office Income REIT, Inc. for $21.5 million, or approximately $223 per square foot.
Located in the Miramar Centre Corporate Park, the four-story, 96,394-square-foot office building was built in 2001.  The building is 100 percent occupied by a single tenant.
Jeff Morris of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Towbes Group, Inc., in the transaction.
