Miami's Flower Industry Continues To Bloom: Importer/Exporter Leases 44,000 SF

CBRE has arranged a lease for flower distributor The Queen’s Flowers Corp. in the Palmetto-79 Distribution Center, a freestanding property located at 2600 N.W. 79th Avenue in the Airport West submarket of Miami.
The flower importer/exporter will occupy the entire 43,700-square-foot property.
CBRE First Vice President Ron Berger represented the landlord, JRDP Associates No. 2 Ltd.
”This property allows for The Queen’s Flowers, Corp.’s expansion while still remaining in close proximity to the Miami International Airport, which is crucial for firms in the floral industry,” said Berger.
