Miami-Dade Warehouses Trade For $17.5 Million
Adler Group sold six warehouse properties in northern Miami-Dade County for $17.5 million, or $72 per square foot.
Ives Dairy Warehouse Associates, headed by Adler Group principal Michael Adler, sold the warehouses to Mariner Commons LLC, an Aventura-based company led by Mario Grosfeld and Jorge Linkewer.
The warehouses total 241,694 square feet and are located at 1640 Ives Dairy Road; 1700 N.E. 205th Terrace; 19950 N.E. 15th Court; and 20312, 20342 and 20400 N.E. 16th Place.
