Matt Bittel Signs 11,000sf Deal
Adler Realty Services LLC, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group, announced the completion of a 10,870sf retail lease for Jump A Roos at Southland Mall in Cutler Bay. With this lease, ARS helped secure the flagship site for this new business venture in children’s indoor inflatable play centers.
Matthew A. Bittel of Adler Realty Services LLC represented the tenant in negotiations with Ron Iemma of Gumberg Asset Management Corp., which represented landlord Southland Mall Properties, LLC.
With the new space, Jump A Roos will become the largest indoor inflatable play and party center in Miami-Dade. The tenant buildout is being completed by Ivy Development.
