Law Firm Renews 11,000-Square-Foot Sublease In Brickell

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP (Pillsbury) has signed a long-term renewal for their 10,566-square-foot sublease space at 600 Brickell Avenue in Brickell World Plaza. NKF’s Executive Managing Director Nick Wigoda, Managing Director Clay Sidner and Associate Brandon Shores represented the tenant, Global Specialty Metals, Inc., while Cresa’s Bob Orban represented the subtenant in the transaction. Pillsbury is an international law firm with a focus on the technology & media, energy, financial services, and real estate & construction sectors. Since 2017, the firm’s Miami office has been in the 600 Brickell Ave. location and serves the legal needs of one of the United States’ most vibrant and rapidly evolving business communities. The office also serves as a hub for the firm’s highly regarded Latin American practice, enabling Pillsbury lawyers to bring their legal knowledge, political awareness and cultural fluency to bear for companies doing business in the region.

600 Brickell Ave at Brickell World Plaza encompasses 631,866 square feet of space spanning 40 floors.
