Conroy, Simberg, Ganon, Krevans, Abel, Lurvey, Morrow & Schefer, PA., a Florida-based liability law firm, signed a renewal lease for 41,752 square feet at Venture Corporate Center I, located at 3440 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, Florida.Venture Corporate Center I is a four-story, 83,548 square-foot office building on the Venture Corporate Center Campus. The attorney signed a 167-month renewal on the entire second and third floors of the building.
