A lobby renovation costing more than a half-million dollars at the 782,210 square foot, Class “A” Miami Center was completed in just three days.

Tenants of the premier office tower arrived this week to an astonishing overnight transformation of the 23,000 square foot main lobby.

“Our goal for the significant lobby renovation was two-fold: to bring important enhancements to continue to be responsive to the needs of today’s business community while incorporating the element of surprise,” said Love Ondusko-Levy, Property Manager / SE Region with Transwestern, the exclusive property management and leasing agent for Miami Center. “To mitigate prolonged on-site construction and maintain fluid business operations for our tenants, we went to great lengths to ensure almost all renovations were constructed and warehoused off-site and implemented in a seamless fashion.”

Approaching the project with a “Feng Shui” feel, an abundance of natural light will highlight the usage of polished stones, wood veneers, glass, natural fiber area rugs, and custom furniture in upgraded seating, eating and gathering areas.

Additional upgrades include a sitting area equipped with floating flat screen televisions featuring up-to-date news coverage and WiFi, revitalized exterior landscaping and a fifth floor valet enclosure enhanced by air conditioning and seating.
