KTR Takes Title To 7 Broward Properties

A company managed by KTR Capital Partners took title to seven Broward County properties through a loan assumption, valued $36.76 million.
The properties are located at 3401, 3601-3613 and 3700 N. 29th Ave. and 3850 N. 29th Terrace, Hollywood, and 5553 Ravenswood Road, 5555 Anglers Ave. and 1901 Tigertail Blvd., Dania Beach.  They include six industrial facilities totaling 469,270 square feet and a 43,259-square-foot office building.
The 7 properties involved in the transaction were owned by Wilson Hollywood Showroom LLC.
