Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased two full floors plus additional 1st floor office space in Building 8 of Golden Glades Office Park, located at 1525 NW 167th Street in Miami Gardens.
Azure College Inc. is taking over part of the space vacated by ATI College of Health. Azure leased 26,431 square feet for 7 years, as its allied health and nursing training facility and executive offices.
Ted Konigsberg of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord, and Eastern USA Realty represented the Tenant.
