Ken Silberling Joins Brenner

Kenneth P. Silberling has joined Brenner Real Estate Group as Vice President of Business Development/Commercial Brokerage.

In his new role, Silberling will develop strategic market initiatives for the firm, as well as pursue transactions in office and industrial leasing and investment sales.

Scott Brenner, Esq., CCIM, SIOR, RPA, CAM, President/CEO of the firm, noted, “We are excited and proud to announce that Ken is joining the firm. His background, experience and in-depth market knowledge will assist us in a number of areas, and he will add value to our organization.”

Ken Silberling comes to the firm with 28 years in commercial real estate. Most recently he served as Principal of Commercial Florida Realty Services in Boca Raton, a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm. Previously, he served for 13 years as Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions and subsequently Director of Business Development for a Boca Raton-based regional real estate investment and development firm. Silberling was also previously employed with Grubb & Ellis/Commercial Florida Realty Partners as Partner, Research and Marketing/Investment Sales/Leasing, and as Director of Research for Colliers International and for Cushman & Wakefield.

Silberling is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA). He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications with a major in advertising from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
