Keith O'Donnell Leases 28,000sf at Lynn Financial Center

Flagler Real Estate Services’ Senior Managing Director Keith O’Donnell secured three leases at Lynn Financial Center, located at 1875 NW Corporate Blvd. in Boca Raton, totalling 28,639sf:  a 19,516sf lease with the concierge medicine franchise MDVIP, Inc.; a 6,037sf lease with Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service financial services firm; and a 3,086sf lease to expand and relocate FRES’ Boca Raton office to the Lynn Financial Center.
O’Donnell negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Lynn Financial Center, LL C, with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Keith A. Edelman and Richard Schuchts, who provided tenant representation for Janney and MDVIP, respectively.
