JLL Completes Two Industrial Sales

Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed two industrial building sales totaling nearly 75,000 square feet with a combined value of $5,875,000 in Doral.
The Miami-based team sold a 30,700 square foot warehouse, located at 9475 NW 13th Street, for $2,200,000 to Sky Mart Investments, LLC, and a 44,100 square foot warehouse located at 9800 NW 17th Street, for $3,675,000 to KG International, Inc.
The Jones Lang LaSalle team including Managing Director Steven J. Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, Vice President, Nick Wigoda and Executive Vice President, Harry E. Wardell, SIOR represented C-III Realty Services, a special-servicer, which foreclosed on the two industrial assets earlier in the year.
