JLL Awarded New Miami-Dade Assignment

Real Estate Capital Partners has awarded Jones Lang LaSalle the exclusive leasing and management assignment for the office and retail space at The Lincoln, a mixed-use development in the bustling South Beach district of Miami Beach.
The six-story building, located at 1691 Michigan Avenue north of Lincoln Road, features 160,000sf of Class A office space and retail space.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jonathan Kingsley, senior vice president, and Stephen Rutchik, senior vice president, are leading the leasing and management assignments.
Designed by Arquitectonica, The Lincoln features ground-floor retail, six floors of office space and a connected six-level, 709-space parking garage. The building is in walking distance to the Lincoln Road promenade of more than 200 shops, restaurants and cafes.
