Jack Lowell Leaves Flagler

Jack Lowell has parted ways with Flagler Real Estate Services and has joined Pointe Group Advisors as Executive Vice President effective June 1st.
Lowell joined Flagler Real Estate Services, Inc. 17 years ago.
As Senior Managing Director, he handled leasing and sales of office buildings and land throughout Miami-Dade County as well as represented major tenants in the market place.  His client list includes Mercantil Commerce Bank; The Museum of Science; Hill International; Strategic Health Services LLC; Sacher, Zelman; ADP; Pacific National Bank; Codina Partners; CC Residential, RBB and the Gunster law firm.
Lowell’s real estate career spans nearly four decades. Prior to Flagler Real Estate Services, Mr. Lowell was the owner and Chief Executive of Summa Properties, a commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and management firm.  From 1983 to 1991, as the partner in charge of Tishman Speyer Properties’ Miami office, Mr. Lowell was responsible for development of the Brickell Square project, Westside Corporate Center and the Federal Law Enforcement Building, and leasing and management of Airport Corporate Center, the SunTrust Building, One Brickell Square and Westland Executive Center.
In the years preceding his Tishman partnership, Mr. Lowell managed the CB Richard Ellis Miami Office, supervising more than 30 brokers and support staff, and before that served as General Manager of the Grove Isle development.
