Inventory Update – October 2012

Miami-Dade County is the hot spot again this month, claiming responsibility for just over 85% of the Top 10 reported  Inventory Reductions.  Meanwhile, West Palm Beach’s newest office tower, Gateway Tower at CityPlace, takes the top spot in the Top 10 Inventory Additions, adding 200,467 square feet to the county’s options for available office space.
