Industry Veteran Joins NAI RWNK & Co.

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. today announced the addition of William J. Kahn.
Kahn is a results-oriented real estate professional and brings over 35 years of corporate real estate experience in office and industrial leasing, sales, development, construction and property management. His expertise lies in analyzing client strategies in finding the “best properties, in the best locations at the most competitive price.”
Kahn served as Director of Leasing at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman from January-September 2014, and joined NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. in early March. He also held the position of Senior Vice President for Butters Realty and Management, where he focused on tenant representation. Prior to joining Butters, Kahn held executive level positions dealing with distressed assets/dispositions and national tenant representation for such prestigious firms as MassMutual and Equis.
