Huge Demand For Small, Midsize Multifamily Properties Nets $3.75M Sale For 24-Unit Bayshore Building

DWNTWN Realty Advisors Jordan Gimelstein P.A. negotiated the sale of a 24-unit multifamily building in the Bayshore area of Miami, located at 1101 NE 80 Street.

Buyer Bayshore Apartments LLC purchased the asset from Bayshore United LLC for $3,750,000 or $156,250 per unit.

The deal closed February 28.

DWNTWN Realty Advisors was hired to sell the property and successfully negotiated a sale contract within a week of going out to market. There is a huge demand for small to midsize size multifamily properties in decent locations throughout Miami.
