Hillsboro Center Sells For $22 Million

Parkway Properties sold the Hillsboro Center office park in Deerfield Beach for $22 million.
The Orlando-based office REIT sold the three office buildings at 600 to 700 W. Hillsboro Blvd. to TEQ Hillsboro, an affiliate of Dallas-based real estate private equity firm TriGate Capital. The buildings combine for 309,816 square feet on 14 acres.
The price equates to $71 per square foot.
The office buildings were constructed between 1980 and 1986. They last traded for $7.9 million in 1998.
