High-End Furniture Retailer Inks 15,000 SF Lease

Metro 1 Properties announces the recent 3 year lease of a 15,012 SF warehouse located at “Rail 71” 7245 Northeast 4th Avenue in Miami.
The building is located in the Little Haiti industrial sector which is considered as an excellent setting thanks to its proximity to Miami’s Design District.
The building was leased by Metro 1’s industrial specialist Carlos Gaviria to Accents By Design USA, a high end furniture retailer which is also the exclusive distributor of the Saccaro furniture line in the United States and operates a retail store in Midtown Miami. According to Carlos Gaviria, the property will serve as the private showroom and storage facility for the retailer.
Ari Dispenza of Mizrach Realty represented the Landlord.  Metro 1 Properties sold this property to the current owner in 2005.
