Hialeah Flex Center Trades In Off-Market Deal
Otten Realty represented the seller in the sale of the Callaway Park Business Center in Hialeah. The property is a 20-unit, multi-tenant commercial flex building, totaling 24,322 square feet.
The property was never brought to the open market, but was advertised to a small group of networked investors. The asset sold in just over 60 days. The buyer, FEC Service LLC, was represented by Americas Industrial Realty Corporation.
The property, which closed on March 16, traded for $2,600,000.
Daniel Otten with Otten Realty stated, “This was a slightly complicated transaction but we were confident that the property would sell for a fair price. The property is a great asset and with the help of the buyers agent the transaction progressed quickly and easily.”
