Grant Killingsworth, Other Industry Vets Join CBRE

CBRE is pleased to announce the addition of three new highly qualified real estate professionals to its South Florida team.
Grant Killingsworth has joined CBRE as First Vice President on the Occupier Services team in South Florida, where he will focus on tenant representation. Killingsworth most recently served as Senior Vice President at JLL, where he directed the leasing and marketing of more than 3 million square feet in the Miami Central Business District, including 1221 Brickell.
Kevin Morris, an affordable housing specialist, has joined CBRE as Vice President on the Capital Markets team in Fort Lauderdale. Morris comes to CBRE from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a Top Ten Producer several times throughout his career and Associate Director of the company’s National Multihousing Group.
Greg Miller, an investment properties specialist, has joined CBRE’s South Florida Investment Properties team as an Associate. Miller relocated from CBRE’s Pittsburgh office, where he was involved in the marketing and sale of income-producing office, retail, multi-housing, industrial and net-leased properties totaling more than $360 million.

“Solid fundamentals position South Florida for another year of strong performance across all sectors, particularly multifamily, office and retail,” said CBRE South Florida Managing Director Ken Krasnow. “These strategic new hires will help us fortify our office, multifamily and investment properties teams to meet robust demand in each of these categories.”
