George Pino Promoted to SVP

George Pino’s success this past year has paid off…in more ways than one. Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC, Flagler’s brokerage and property management arm, has promoted George to Senior Vice President.
Included in his $50 million in transactions in 2010, Mr. Pino closed a 125,000sf deal at in Beacon Lakes Building 12 and a 78,000sf deal at Westside Plaza II office building, bringing both buildings to full occupancy.
Pino’s success with a number of prominent Class A industrial and office property lease and sales transactions has earned him a list of accolades including being listed on the “40 Under 40” executive watch list by South Florida Business Journal and Real Estate Forum, and being named NAIOP’s Industrial Broker of the Year in 2009 and 2010.
