From Empty To 100% Occupied In 2 Weeks: CBRE Team Inks 2nd Deal At Prospect Park III

CBRE has closed on a second lease at Prospect Park III, located at 5400 NW 35th Avenue in Hollywood.
JM Field Marketing, a full-service marketing and fulfillment company for a number of large, international companies, has signed on for 26,397 square feet. Combined with the Future Energy Solutions (FES) deal signed on April 1st, the property is now 100% leased.
After sitting vacant for two years, KTR Capital Partners (KTR) purchased the two-story, 66,075-square-foot warehouse, which was built in 1987, and completed renovations in February 2014.
Tom O’Loughlin, Larry Genet, and Harry Tangalakis of CBRE represented the landlord in both transactions.
