Freight Forwarder Relocates To Miramar

Freight forwarding firm Promptus has relocated its headquarters from 3345 NW 116th St in Miami, signing a 21,094-square-foot lease at the Miramar Park of Commerce.
The space is located at 3950 Executive Way in the park.
“The Miramar Park of Commerce offers our staff the perfect location and working environment due to its well-maintained common areas and close proximity to all of Florida’s major roadways,” said Julio Desangles, general manager of Promptus.
Developer Sunbeam Properties’ Ryan Goggins represented the park along with Vivo Real Estate’s Carlos Velazquez. Capital Commercial Real Estate’s Jeff Hartsook represented Promptus in the deal.
