Former Blockbuster Building Fetches $284 PSF

Neal Realty & Investments, is pleased to announce the sale of a property formerly occupied by Blockbuster Video, located in Fort Lauderdale at 1115 South Federal Highway.
The property, a 7,915 square foot free-standing building, was owned by 1115 South Federal Highway, LLC and leased to Blockbuster Video.
Purchasing the property for $2,250,000 was FL Property Investment Partners, Inc.,  who plans on using the building for medical use.
