Flagler Likely To Hold On To Key Sites

Flagler will likely continue to own and develop the available land at Flagler Station after a TPG Capital -led joint venture closes on the purchase of its 12 million-square-foot portfolio, sources said.
It’s reported that Flagler will focus its efforts on development of the available land at Flagler Station, the logistics center near Miami International Airportand the Countyline site near Interstate 75 in northwestern Miami-Dade County.
