Fitzgerald Group Negotiates Sale of 19,000 SF Boynton Beach Warehouse
Ted Ciaccia and Nick Solimine with The Fizgerald Group, Inc., brokered the sale of a 19,488-square-foot industrial building located at 150 Commerce Road in Boynton Beach.
150 Commerce LLC purchased the Amerope Building for $1,750,000.
The deal closed July 22.
The seller, Amerope Investment Company, signed a 10-year lease to continue to occupy the building upon the sale.
Amerope Enterprises, North America’s largest distributor of lead glass for radiation protection, according to its website, has been in operation for more than 30 years and built the building in 1999 for its own use.
