Exclusive Leasing Agent Selected For Brickell Bayview Center

Miami-based Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Brickell Bayview Centre, a 33-story office tower in the heart of downtown Miami’s Brickell district.
Blanca Commercial President and CEO Tere Blanca, Executive VP Danet Linares, and Associate VP Alexander Cahlin will lead the office leasing and marketing of the property. Brickell Bayview Centre’s current occupancy rate stands at 87 percent, with a tenant roster that includes The Beacon Council, the Consulate Generals of Japan and Brazil, Chase Bank, law firm Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, law firm Thornton, Davis & Fine, and marketing firm Max Borges Agency.
The 285,595-square-foot office tower is situated between Southwest Eighth and Ninth Streets at Southwest First Avenue, neighboring The Shops at Mary Brickell Village and the mixed-use Brickell CityCentre project, which is now under construction.
News of the Blanca Commercial Real Estate assignment follows the asset’s recent purchase by a joint venture between Banyan Street Capital and Crocker Partners.
The building has 16,000-square-foot floor plates and on-site parking. It has earned LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and received an Energy Star rating due to its energy efficient features.
