Erickson Signs 25,000 SF Deal At The North 40

Digital Risk, a mortgage risk, compliance and transaction management solutions firm, announced the opening of their new 25,000-square-foot Boca Raton office at The North 40 building, located at 5201 North Congress Avenue.
Michael Erickson, Senior Vice President with CBRE, represented the landlord. Digital Risk was represented by Tom Green of Provident One Realty, based in Orlando.  Walter Robinson of Transwestern was also involved in the deal.
