Emilio Alvarez Joins NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Emilio Alvarez, as a Commercial Associate.
Alvarez has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the South Florida real estate market, specializing in office and industrial transactions, representing both landlords and tenants.
Throughout his career he has bridged the gap between landlords and tenants, providing landlords with quality tenants and invaluable management advice.  While representing tenants in transactions, he is diligent and thorough in searching the market and offers them the best commercial real estate solutions for their business needs.  He provides property acquisition, disposition, leasing, space planning and due diligence services to his clients as required.
Prior to joining NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., Alvarez leased office and industrial properties for the Adler Group and CBRE.  He also managed commercial and medical properties for Healthcare Realty, Lincoln Property Co. and Duke Realty.  Previously, Alvarez also worked as a Paralegal for the prestigious law firm of Squire Patton Boggs in Washington, DC.
Notable landlord clients Mr. Alvarez has represented include Cabot Properties (Dadeland Towers), Robertson Properties Group (Flagler West Corporate Park), Adler Group (Business Center I & II, Doral Executive Office Park and Gables One Tower) and Preferred Alliance Realty.
Alvarez has also represented prominent tenants including Design Mall, Bandages Plus, McCaughan Mortgage, CMA-CGM, University of Miami, Burns & McDonnell, and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and has a paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Studies in Atlanta, GA.  He is a native of South Florida and is tri-lingual speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese.  He is active in the brokerage community and has been affiliated with and participated in the professional real estate organizations of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
