ComReal Miami’s Industrial Team lead by Ed Redlich, SIOR, CCIM and Chris Spear, successfully relocated an e-commerce company, 1 Sale A Day, from the state of New York to Florida.  The industrial property is located at 5960 Miami Lakes Drive. The warehouse and office space measures just over 100,000 sq. ft.

1 Sale A Day is a daily deal website, that offers deeply discounted products that are only available for a 24-hour period. There is one product in each of their five categories: Wireless, Watch, Family, Jewelry, and the Daily Deal.  The products are then replaced with a new discounted product the following day.

“The initial site selection was for a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse, but as their business continued to thrive, the requirement was quickly increasing.  We were soon looking at warehouses double the initial requirement.” stated Chris Spear.  1 Sale A Day chose the Miami Lakes property because of its location, functional layout and the economical rental rate. The landlord was represented by Tom Kimen of Easton and Associates.

1 Sale A Day currently occupies about 30,000 sq. ft. in New York. Over forty new jobs have already been created with up to 250 jobs over the next three years. About forty of their current employees will also be relocating to South Florida. One of the main reasons that 1 Sale A Day is relocating to South Florida for the quality of life, affordable real estate and lower taxation.

“Florida is definitely a pro business state. 1 Sale A Day is lead by a highly energetic, creative and entrepreneurial executive team. These are the types of companies and businessmen that we want to recruit more of.  We really enjoy relocating and expanding clients here to sunny South Florida.”  Explained Ed Redlich. “As Governor Rick Scott exclaims: Let’s Get to Work!”
