Easton Closes Land Deal, Leases To Univision

EWE Land No. 1, an affiliate of The Easton Group,  recently closed on the purchase of four acres of raw land in Doral, and immediately leased the property to neighboring Univision Network.
Univision plans on developing the parcel into an overflow parking lot for its employees.  Easton purchased the land from Park Square Commercial Retail II, LLC for two-million dollars, or a half-million per acre.  Espirito Santo Bank in Miami provided financing.
The land is located at NW 84^th Avenue and 31^st street, directly adjacent to Univision’s corporate offices and main studio, in a mostly industrial area.  Easton signed a ten-year lease with the Spanish language network.
