Easton Buys 116,000 SF Doral Warehouse

Edward J. Easton, Vice President of Sales and Investments with Easton & Associates, has purchased the Goodyear Building for  $10,050,000.
The 116,041 square foot industrial warehouse, located at 2525 NW 82nd Avenue in Doral, between Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) and Florida Turnpike on NW 25th Street and NW 82nd Avenue, features 21 dock-height loading doors, 13 street-level loading doors, 18’ – 25’ clear ceiling height and more than 160 parking spaces.
The seller, AEW Capital Management LP, was represented by Alexander Bernaldo and Jon Aibel of Americas Industrial Realty Corp.
Easton was represented by Lee Katsikos, P.A. SIOR, principal of The Katsikos Group, Inc., in the transaction.
