Easton & Associates Sells Two Commercial Properties In Doral

Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, arranged the sale of an office building and warehouse in Doral.

In the first transaction, Easton’s David Olalde and Jose Hernandez-Solaun represented United Data Technologies in the sale of a 13,800-square-foot office building for $3.5 million.   Alexander Carbajal from Florida Realty of Miami represented the buyer, Jose M. Garcia.  Built in 1989, the asset is located at 8825 NW 21st Terrace in Doral.

United Data Technologies will remain as a tenant.

In a separate transaction, Easton’s Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the seller of a 30,074-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility at 2805 NW 75th Avenue, also in Doral.  The acquisition price was $3.05 million.  The seller is RC Real Estate Partnership and the buyer, represented by JLL’s Matt Maciag, is Touton Florida Warehouse LLC.   The building is leased up with three tenants.
