Easton & Associates Completes 83,000 SF Of Industrial Transactions

Easton & Associates, the commercial real estate brokerage division of The Easton Group, brokered 82, 759 square feet of industrial transactions during the month of June.
The transactions included:

• An 18,000 square foot lease of industrial space at 14240 Palmetto Frontage Road in Miami Lakes to Expert Packers, Inc. The Landlord, Seagis Palmetto 14240 LLC, was represented by Easton & Associates Vice President Jim Armstrong and Sales Associate Mike Waite.
• A 13,159 square foot lease of industrial space at 4401, 4411, 4421 NW 74^th Avenue in Miami to Ezone, a 3rd party logistics company that delivers goods bought online in the islands.  The landlord is Americas Industrial Realty Corporation.  Easton & Associates Sales Associate David Olalde represented Ezone.
• A 25,500 square foot renewal for Off-the-Wall Sound Co., a professional audio, lighting and video company, at 57 NE 179thStreet in North Miami Beach.  The landlord is 57 NE 179 Street LLC.  Easton & Associates Vice President Jim Armstrong and Sales Associate Mike Waite represented both parties in the transaction.
• David Olalde also represented FL Family Realty LLC in the sale of a 14, 300 square foot industrial property to R & D Electric Properties LLC.  The property is located at 7447 NW 48^th Street in Miami, FL. The purchase price was $1.015 million.  Kaizen Realty Partners represented R &D.
• Easton & Associates Vice President Lou Marcantonio represented C & L Holding, Inc. in the sale of 11, 800 square feet of industrial space to JMC Properties at Royal Oaks Corp.  The property is located at 15225 NW 77 Avenue, #205, in Miami, Lakes, FL.  The purchase price was $1.9 million.  Karen Foo of Keyes Company represented the buyer.
