Duke Realty has acquired the Dade Paper building in unincorporated Miami-Dade County for $30 million.

The Indianapolis-based company purchased the 223,000-square-foot industrial facility at 9601 Northwest 112th Avenue, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction Monday. No financing was recorded.

Genet Family West-Dade Property Holdings II is the seller. The Miami company paid $3.2 million for the 11.02-acre property in December 2001. The facility was completed two years later.

The property was most recently assessed at $14.7 million by the Miami-Dade property appraiser.
