Douglas Elliman Names Leader For New Commercial Division

Douglas Elliman, best known as one of New York City’s largest residential brokerage firms, is formally launching a new division called Douglas Elliman Commercial serving the South Florida, New York City, and Long Island markets.
The newly formed division will be led by Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc. founder Jim Gross, his son and partner Peter Gross, and Douglas Elliman’s Louis Puopolo. The new division will also include The Nickolai Team led by Irene Nickolai. WPG’s previous senior managing director Will Carr will also be joining the new commercial division.
Douglas Elliman Commercial will be based out of Elliman’s office at 205 East 42nd St. Michael Murphy and David Restainer, pictured right, will lead the Long Island and South Florida commercial offices, respectively.
David is a member of the CCIM Miami District.
