Document Storage Company Relocates From Sunrise To Deerfield Beach

American Scanning & Storage, LLC has signed a lease for 32,000 square feet of industrial space at Quiet Waters Business Park, located at 750 South Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach. The lease will allow the company to move from its current 10,000-square-foot location at 759 Shotgun Road in Sunrise to their new location in the first quarter of 2014.
CBRE represented both the landlord and tenant.
“After searching for months, with very few quality user buildings available for sale in Broward County, American Scanning realized they needed to revisit the option of leasing in order to accommodate the business’ increased growth,” said CBRE’s Larry Genet. “Relocating to the Deerfield Beach submarket, American Scanning will be able to accommodate growth by hiring approximately 10 more employees with the potential of 30 total employees in the near future.”

Quiet Waters Business Park is a 46-acre Class A business park featuring 670,000 square feet of premium showroom, warehouse/distribution, light manufacturing, and office service space. There are generous truck courts for tractor trailer uses and ample parking. Quiet Waters Business Park is located on the northeast corner of SW 10th Street and Powerline Road with direct access to I-95, Turnpike and Sawgrass Expressway.
