Darcie Lunsford Joins McCraney Property Company

McCraney Property Company (MPC), an integrated developer and manager of commercial/industrial flex and warehouse distribution properties located throughout Florida, appointed Darcie Lunsford Vice President of Leasing for the company.
“It’s time to grow our organization, and Darcie is a great addition,” said MPC founder and CEO, Steven E. McCraney, CCIM, SIOR.
Darcie previously served as Director of Business Development and Marketing with Butters Group since April, 2011.
“I’m excited to join Steven and his outstanding team and look forward to making a significant contribution to MPC’s future growth,” said Lunsford.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Lunsford spent more than two decades as a print and broadcast journalist; the last 14 she covered the commercial real estate and the economy both as a reporter and editor for the South Florida Business Journal, and Daily Business Review.  She is a former on-air correspondent for WPLG Local 10 in Miami, WPBF TV-25 in Palm Beach Gardens and reported business stories for WPTV TV-5, the NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach. She regularly appears on WPBT, Miami’s PBS station, as a real estate expert and guest host of Issues, a public affairs show.   Lunsford is also the immediate past president of the Society of Professional Journalists South Florida-based Pro Chapter.
