C&W’s Messinger, Gordon & Bittel To Lease 280,000 SF Office Property In Doral

Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the leasing of Centrum Doral, a 280,000-square-foot two-building office property located in the heart of Doral.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Director Gordon Messinger will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord, Banyan Street Capital, who recently acquired the property in joint venture with Independencia Asset Management.

 

“With a prime location at ‘Main & Main’ in the premier live-work-play urban corridor, Centrum Doral offers fantastic walkability and easy accessibility to Miami International Airport. Ownership is planning significant renovations and upgrades to return the property back to Class A status and we anticipate the buildings will experience solid demand in coming years,” Messinger said.

Executive Director Stuart Gordon and Director Matthew Bittel will partner with Messinger to lease the property. Located at 8750 NW 36th Street and 3750 NW 87th Avenue, the seven-story buildings are 35% leased to tenants including Citibank, AARP, Western Digital, Lochner and Acer.

Centrum Doral is surrounded by an exceptional amenity base including a world-class golf resort, as well as premier mixed-use projects such as the new 152,000-sf Doral Square, which will provide a true walk-to-retail experience for tenants.
