C&W Team Completes 36,000 SF Lease Deal

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director of Industrial Brokerage for South Florida, Sky Groden, along with partners, Christopher Metzger, Rick Etner and Christopher Thomson, have completed a lease renewal and expansion totaling 35,698 square feet of space to DEX Imaging, at 2500 N Andrews Avenue in Pompano Beach.
The C&W Team represented the property owner, DCT Boggy Creek FL, LP, in the 10,500 square foot expansion and renewal transaction.  The tenant was represented by HP Realty Associates, Inc.
“The DEX Imaging expansion further solidifies the legacy for excellence and quality in the industry, while assisting them in reaching their long-term goals of community and business outreach,” stated Groden.
The office machine company donates one third of the company’s profits to charities and educational programs within the markets where they do business.
Sky Groden also closed an additional 8,840 square foot lease to EGlobal Wireless, Inc, at the same property.
