C&W Awarded Exclusive Leasing For 240,000 SF Miami Office

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by DRA Advisors, LLC as the exclusive agent to lease Doral Concourse.
DRA recently purchased the property, along with 5 additional properties, for a total of $132 million.
Doral Concourse is a Class-A, 6-story, 240,144 sq. ft. office building located in the Miami Airport West submarket on Doral Boulevard, immediately south of the Trump National Doral Miami resort.
Gordon-MessingerGordon Messinger, Cushman & Wakefield’s Director of Commercial Brokerage, will spearhead the leasing and marketing efforts.
The property is located at 8400 NW 36th Avenue, Doral, and features several notable tenants. DRA Advisors has a deep commitment to Doral Concourse as well as the South Florida market, and has immediate plans to continue the modernization of the common areas as well as other property updates.

For Messinger this assignment adds to a growing office portfolio that includes being awarded the Four Seasons Tower in March of this year, and other Class-A trophy assets, such as Grand Bay Office Tower in Coconut Grove and 1111 Lincoln Road on Miami Beach.
