CVS Pays $5.6M For Site To Build Miami Store

CVS Caremark paid $5.6 million to assemble 1.3 acres in Miami to build a pharmacy store.
The company used affiliate CVS 10131 FL LLC to purchase three sites around 2393 S.W. 67th Ave. from separate buyers on Aug. 27. The site is near Miami Children’s Hospital.
The sellers were Sunshine Dade Investments, getting $3.2 million for a gas station, the Edward Angelo Trust, getting $2 million for an auto service building, and Maria R. Hernandez, getting $370,000 for a single-family home.
