Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale Of Development Site Slated For 82,000 SF Food Warehouse

Cushman & Wakefield represented Pan American Sites, Inc. in the sale of a 4.85-acre development site in Broward County where a planned 82,000-square-foot food manufacturing / distribution facility will soon break ground.

The site is situated in the Corporate Park of Coral Springs, a 522-acre business park with over 4 million square feet of manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and office space.

The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team of Executive Director Chris Metzger, Executive Director Rick Etner, Executive Director Christopher Thomson and Director Matthew G. McAllister arranged the sale to Valegio, LLC.

The facility, which will house one of the country’s leading distributors of Italian food products, will also have a retail cafe available to employees of the corporate park and the public.

Additionally, the Cushman & Wakefield team represented Pan American Sites, Inc. in leasing an adjacent parcel of land to 7-Eleven, where the tenant plans to construct a gas station and convenience store with a drive-through car wash.


“Employees of the more than 350 businesses located within the Corporate Park of Coral Springs will benefit from these two new additions, which bring much-needed amenities to the park,” said Metzger. “This is a deal many years in the making and we are excited to see this prime development site begin to rise.”

At 12325 W. Sample Road, the development site has excellent frontage along Sample Road, providing easy access and high visibility at the entrance of the park. The site also fronts the Sawgrass Expressway.
