Crocker Names New Senior VP

Rick PugatchCrocker Partners recently announced that Rick Pugatch has joined the company as Senior Vice President Development & Construction.
Pugatch comes aboard as the private real estate investment firm is positioning its 5 million-square-foot portfolio to capitalize on an improving economy, upgrading several high-profile Class A office properties and readying for new office and multi-family development.
Pugatch, with 35 years in the field, most recently served as vice president of Flagler Development and previously with The Hogan Group, and held senior positions with Reese Interests, Arvida Corporation and Development Corporation of America. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Rinker School of Building Construction, University of Florida, and is a Florida licensed general contractor and real estate salesman.
Angelo Bianco, partner, said Crocker Partners will benefit from having a seasoned senior construction and development executive on the team following major acquisitions over the past two years. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla. with regional offices in Atlanta and Houston, Crocker Partners is a leading owner and developer of commercial properties in major Southeast and Southwest markets.
The company is the largest landlord in the Miami CBD with Miami Center and SunTrust International Center, has a major stake in the Atlanta market with the Prominence office tower and adjacent land proposed for residential development, and in Houston, where it owns the 1.2 million square foot Lakes on Post Oak complex. The company’s portfolio also includes major Florida office parks and high-profile towers in Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa.
